The last week of February was filled with joy as the children celebrated an Italian festival called "Carnevale". Just like in Italy, the children listened to stories and songs about Carnevale, prepared traditional snacks such as "Castagnole" and "Chiacchiere," threw confetti into the air, and decorated colourful masks. In the lights and shadows room, they were immersed in the Carnevale atmosphere through projections of Venice. They had the chance to dress up and experience the joy that this festival brings.
As an Italian school, we are dedicated to sharing the wonders of Italian culture with our little ones, igniting their curiosity and love for other cultures - essentials for becoming the global citizens of tomorrow. This is why the celebration of “Carnevale” is truly important for our school's community.
